Edible/Medicinals in the city?Most of the time I’m day-dreaming to be out beyond the city. Beyond the built-out, man-made metropolis where we’ve destroyed all life that inhabited it before, just to create cookie-cutter houses and landscaped yards and parking lots, while we bring non-native plants in, then we spray the fuck out of the rocks and weeds. Because God forbid anything grow and ruin our perfectly curated plots of land.

A detailed personal Wellness Plan!
In a one-hour consultation with me, we chat all about you! I will listen to your story and ask questions. I’m not a healthcare professional- my goal is not to prevent, cure, treat, or diagnose, but to help you see the bigger picture and address the root of the situation. We well take into consideration: diet, environment, daily lifestyle habits, mindset, emotions, etc. Like anything else herbs can be used to mask symptoms. That is not my aim, our goal is to use the information your body is telling you to dive in deeper.
Following our meeting, I will share with your personalized wellness plan. The plan may consist of daily lifestyle habits, nutrition (from whole foods, herbs, or supplements), health products to consider, protocols, books to read, etc. You are encouraged to implement the personalized wellness plan for 30-90 days. No products are included in the 1-hour consulting fee.
My consulting hours are Sunday from 10am to 3pm and Wednesday from 10am to 1pm.
