Elderberry Syrup Kit

$20.00

🌿 A Must-Have for Cold & Flu Season 🌿

When sniffles, sneezes, and seasonal bugs hit, my Elderberry Syrup Kit is your go-to herbal ally. Keep a bag in your medicine cabinet so you’re always prepared to support your family’s immune health naturally. Personally, I like to make a batch and freeze half, so it’s ready to go when we need it most!

This immune-boosting remedy is safe for the whole family (just swap honey for maple syrup if giving it to kiddos under 1). Easy to make, delicious, and packed with powerful herbs, it’s a staple in our home, and I hope it becomes one in yours too! 💛

What’s Inside & Why It Works:
🍇 Elderberries: Antiviral and immune-stimulating, elderberries help shorten colds and flus by stopping viruses in their tracks.
🍊 Rosehips: Packed with Vitamin C and antioxidants to support overall immune function.
🌿 Ginger Root: Antimicrobial and antiviral, ginger stimulates the immune system and eases the onset of respiratory infections.
🍊 Orange Peel: High in Vitamin C and antibacterial, it enhances immunity and fights colds and flus.
✨ Cloves: Loaded with antioxidants and antimicrobial properties.
✨ Cinnamon: Anti-inflammatory and rich in antioxidants to keep your system balanced.

How to Make Your Syrup:
1️⃣ Add the entire bag of herbs to a pot with 3 cups of filtered water.
2️⃣ Simmer on medium heat until the liquid reduces by half.
3️⃣ Strain the herbs, let the liquid cool, and stir in ½ cup of local raw honey (or maple syrup for little ones).
4️⃣ Store in a jar in the fridge for 4-6 weeks.

Take 1 tsp daily for immune support or 3x/day at the first sign of illness. Each kit makes about 2 cups of syrup, so you’re covered for weeks!

A Note from Kylie:
This kit is inspired by my own family’s cold and flu season routines. It’s easy to make, tastes amazing, and gives me peace of mind knowing I’m supporting our immune systems with nature’s best remedies. I can’t wait to share it with your family!
