Inspired by the incredible wisdom I gained during the Plant Spirit Medicine class at SW Herb in downtown Mesa, AZ, this Ceremonial Smudge Spray is a meaningful, smoke-free way to cleanse, ground, and reconnect with your inner self. Whether you’re resetting your space, preparing for a special moment, or simply taking time to center yourself, this spray offers the essence of traditional smudging in a convenient and versatile form.
I personally chose to include a smudging ritual during my Winter Solstice wedding, performed by my dear friend Angelica. For those who can’t burn herbs due to living arrangements or personal preferences, this spray is a beautiful alternative for ceremonies, mindfulness practices, or everyday use.
